Information collected

We process account email addresses, business settings, billing identifiers, website visitor enquiry names and email addresses, and submitted messages. Payment details are handled by Stripe rather than this app. Session identifiers are stored in secure HTTP-only cookies on HTTPS sites. Technical abuse-prevention counters use salted hashed network identifiers.

Purpose

We use data to operate the service, deliver sign-in emails, display booking information, deliver enquiries to the subscribed business, administer billing and prevent abuse. We do not add enquiry submitters to marketing lists.

Storage and sharing

Information is stored in the app's persistent database and may be processed by infrastructure hosting, Stripe for billing and Resend for email where configured. Each subscriber sees enquiries for their own business. Ask your hosting provider where information is physically stored.

Access, correction or deletion

For requests regarding account data, email akua.frimpong@hotmail.com. For an enquiry sent to a specific salon, you may also contact that business directly.
